SDS Ventures is a sustainable advisory & sourcing firm specialized in supporting Western companies with their business in China (in particular in industrial, technological, and food-related sectors). Through its team on the ground in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai, SDS support clients at each stage of the business cycle with services: Analytical Support (market-reports, feasibility-studies), Business Development, Interim Management (including trouble shooting), Production In/Outsourcing and contract negotiations. What is special to our approach is that we have own experiences in operating and scaling businesses in China as well as sourcing technical products. Drawing on this experience, we manage not only the opportunities, but also the risks of doing business in China.
